Anthony J. Arduengo III Scholarship

In appreciation of the outstanding education and opportunities afforded him by the Georgia Institute of Technology, this endowment was created by Anthony J. Arduengo, III (B.S. Chem '74; Ph.D. '76) to assist young scientists in their academic studies at Georgia Tech.  Scholarships shall be awarded to undergraduate students in the School of Chemistry who have been enrolled for at least one year and who demonstrate outstanding potential for life-long contributions to the Science of Chemistry. Every effort will be made to identify a student from the Joint Enrollment Program for high school students or its successor provided that they meet the above criteria. Preference may be given to students with financial need whose interests focus on the study and the practice of Chemistry and who are involved in undergraduate research activities.
