Description: Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware/software issues. Assisting customers with requests for help in the operation of computer systems, installation of hardware and software, account management, virus detection/clean up, configurations, email clients, anti-spam tools, IT security applications, and printing. Interface with technical teams and customers from within a help desk environment. May be required to conduct office visits and provide desktop support in multiple supported buildings Keeping work area organized.
