Assist the Laboratory Director, Research Operations Program Manager, Finance Manager, Academic Advisor, and other lab personnel with day to day operations and various office tasks including organization
•Serve as backup for Receptionist and assist in frequent professional event set ups, pick up food, etc.
•Maintain various spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel such as seating assignments, telephone directories, building access records, export control training, and others for approximately 200 students and 50 staff
•Create multiple documents, External Advisory Board booklets, Graduate Student Orientation packets & other
•Catalogue and maintain a library of approximately 8,000 books within the lab
•Organize and file paperwork for lab personnel and other duties as assigned
*Organize and prepare surplus equipment
