As a Federal Work-Study student, your responsibilities include adding survey information to logs, assembling and mailing badge cases, certificates, and plaques, copying/scanning documents, assisting with conferences, courses, and events (such as check-in, badge distribution, facility research, and setup), coordinating off-site course shipping, creating certificates for conferences, and data entry for process improvement projects. Please note that due to the new implementation of ServiceNow Phase 1 (CSR), you cannot assist with course scheduling and won't have access to shared email boxes. The minimum time commitment for this position is 15 hours per week. |
