The Technical Assistant II will play a key role in supporting the MS Analytics program by assisting with data reporting and analysis. This position requires familiarity with the 12twenty platform, as well as proficiency in Python, R, and Power BI for data cleaning, visualization, and decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in data reporting using the 12twenty platform to ensure accurate and timely information delivery. Utilize Python and R to clean and process data, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Create and design charts and graphs using Power BI to visualize data insights effectively. Collaborate with program staff to analyze data and support data-driven decision-making processes. Troubleshoot technical issues related to data management and reporting tools, performing routine maintenance as needed. Maintain documentation of processes and assist in training others in data reporting practices.
