We seek a dedicated and organized Office Student Assistant to join our team at NSTP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check and respond to NSTP voice mail.
• Monitor and manage NSTP email.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Manage storage inventory
• Answer phones and document call activity.
• Clock in and out appropriately.
• Maintain general office cleanliness, including wiping down counter spaces and emptying the trash/shredder.
• Assist NSTP guests upon arrival.
